From Townsville, Associate Professor Peter Steadman gained his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 1986. He undertook and completed his orthopaedic training in Queensland, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 1995 and a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association in 2000. He has CIME accreditation which is certification for the use of the AMA Guides from the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) and he is known as a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME).

At his Noosaville private practice, Dr Kann consults with clients in general psychiatry. His interests include assessment and treatment of affective and anxiety disorders, psychiatric disorders associated with medical/surgical conditions and treatments, and independent psychiatric/medico-legal reporting.

David Lewis gained his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 1965. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 1972 and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 1993. He has CME and CIME accreditation.
Dr Lewis is registered in Queensland and practises in orthopaedic surgery. He has held the position of medical officer for the North Qld Cowboys Rugby League team. He is currently a Senior Visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon to the Redlands Hospital. Dr Lewis has a particular interest in trauma and medico-legal orthopaedics.
