Dr Bernard Tamba-Lebbie

Summary

Dr Bernard Tamba-Lebbie attained his MB and CHB in 1994 at the University of Otago, New Zealand. In 2005 he completed his Fellowship training. He undertook a fellowship in shoulder/elbow surgery at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary. He subsequently attained a fellowship in knee and hip arthroplasty at the Norfolk and Norwich University Private Hospital.

Dr Tamba-Lebbie is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Sunshine Cost Private Hospital and Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital. He visits Noosa Private Hospital and around the Sunshine Coast area such as Nambour. He has previously held the positions of Arthroplasty Fellow and an Upper Limb Fellow in the United Kingdom. Additionally, Dr Tamba-Lebbie was an Associate Lecture at the University of Queensland and an Orthopaedic Registrar at a number of different hospitals throughout Brisbane, Ipswich and Townsville.

Dr Tamba-Lebbie is an advisor for WorkCover Queensland and has been awarded various other medico-legal accreditations including GEPI2, AMA4, AMA5, AMA6 and MAA (SIRA) NSW. His professional interests include arthroscopy shoulder surgery. His assessment specialties includes the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and elbow.
