I have worked here for ten years this past May, starting in an entry-level role with MLO coordinating supplementary reports, moving on to doctor panel recruitment and management and then joining forces with AMLG and embarking on our adventure of rebranding to Medilaw together.
Along the way, we have had a lot of fun, with staff and doctors coming together as one team through farewells and welcomes. I want to thank my team past and present, especially the doctors that made me feel welcome when I first joined this business, and our current doctors who still take the time to treat us as a family instead of as a transaction.
Sticking with us through the last decade has allowed us to enjoy our success together. Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome.
